The Rebirth of New Hope Vocational School’s Dormitory.
The New Hope Vocational School’s (NHVI) dormitory, ravaged by fire in 2019, became a catalyst for an inspiring tale of resilience and community solidarity. Following the devastation, NHVI, alongside local residents and donors, embarked on a journey of rebuilding, turning adversity into an opportunity for growth.
Despite financial constraints and construction challenges, the local project team persevered, laying the foundation for a modern dormitory emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency, equipped with solar panels and rainwater harvesting systems.
The completion of the first phase marked a significant milestone celebrated by students, faculty, and local dignitaries, symbolizing the triumph of the human spirit over adversity. This achievement not only signifies the physical reconstruction but also embodies the collective spirit of resilience and determination. Students eagerly anticipate the prospect of residing in the new dormitory, recognizing it as a sanctuary for learning and personal development.

We are so excited about the progress of the construction, the boys and entire school community is very eager to see the completion of the dormitory, we are so grateful to our generous donors from BHTFUSA for the support of the first phase, our prayer and request for more support to enable us accomplish this project by August 2024.
