Hope Again Medical Centre provides complimentary treatment to HIV/AIDS positive orphans and offers free HIV/AIDS testing and counseling to the general public. It caters to a clientele that includes 405 women, 315 men, and 98 children under 18 years of age (with a majority being orphans), summing up to 815 clients who are HIV/AIDS positive.

Additional services include prenatal care, childbirth delivery and treatment for malaria and typhoid, in addition to offering overall medical services
